Keeping track of staff can be a constant task. These documents help you record and maintain information about their absences, including TOIL.
We all need to keep track of our staff – whether they have been off absent due to sickness and need to self-certificate, or perhaps their child has been ill or there is some other reason for the absence. It all needs recording and monitoring. Time off in Lieu (TOIL) can often be misunderstood as well. Our policy helps to ensure clarity for all and the recording sheet keeps everything up to date.
