What you'll learn

Child Protection is an integral part of every Early Years Practitioner job role and it is essential to keep updated and informed of the signs of abuse and how to report suspected abuse. Having up-to-date knowledge will enable Practitioners to be confident in the process to protect everyone in the setting.

This Early Years Child Protection training course will enable Practitioners:

  • Recognise the signs of abuse and respond appropriately
  • To understand how to respond to disclosures
  • Understand the reporting procedures
