Evie Arnold has always been passionate about helping people grow, whether it’s children in their early years or the leaders and teams who care for them. My career in the early years sector started over 20 years ago, from opening her own setting to supporting nurseries as Early Years Quality Advisor she focuses on helping leaders navigate the complexities of performance, safeguarding, and compliance while fostering cultures of care and collaboration. With a Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of South Africa, Early Years Teacher status, and qualifications in Autism Understanding and Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, she’s drawn to roles where leadership meets impact.

Over the years, Evie Arnold has worn many hats—advisor, trainer, coach—and each role has deepened her understanding of what it takes to lead effectively in high-pressure environments.
