Evie Arnold has always been passionate about helping people grow, whether it’s children in their early years or the leaders and teams who care for them. My career in the early years sector started over 20 years ago, from opening her own setting to supporting nurseries as Early Years Quality Advisor she focuses on helping leaders navigate the complexities of performance, safeguarding, and compliance while fostering cultures of care and collaboration. With a Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of South Africa, Early Years Teacher status, and qualifications in Autism Understanding and Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, she’s drawn to roles where leadership meets impact.
Over the years, Evie Arnold has worn many hats—advisor, trainer, coach—and each role has deepened her understanding of what it takes to lead effectively in high-pressure environments. She knows how hard it can be to give your best to your team and your work when you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin.
That’s why she love the work she does now as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Positive Intelligence® Coach. She helps leaders—particularly in the early years—take back control of their time, overcome overwhelm, and lead their teams with confidence. Her approach is all about focusing on what’s already working—your strengths—and building from there.
What drives her is seeing people light up when they discover their potential and realize that leadership doesn’t have to come at the cost of their well-being. Through one-to-one coaching and team sessions, Evie Arnold has seen the incredible transformations that happen when leaders step into their strengths and create spaces where everyone can thrive.
