Clare Robinson has dedicated 17 years to the Early Years sector, shaping high-quality education for young children. After earning a degree in Education with a specialism in Early Childhood Studies, her passion for outstanding early learning began in an international school, where she played a key role in introducing the EYFS alongside the International Primary Curriculum. She later achieved Early Years Professional Status, expanding her impact through training and mentoring a growing Early Years team.
Clare has held leadership roles across both small and large nursery groups, including as Head of Early Years within a school, as a Nursery Manager and in quality and training-focused positions. As Head of Education at N Family Club, she led a team of Education Advisors, supported the launch of multiple sites and developed an innovative Early Years curriculum, ensuring exceptional learning experiences for children.
With a strong passion for high-quality training, Clare specialises in making complex Early Years theories accessible and actionable for educators. She is committed to empowering practitioners with skills that create real impact on their practice.
She has a proven track record of outstanding Ofsted inspections and enjoys helping teams prepare with confidence—turning what can feel like a daunting process into an exciting opportunity for success!
Most recently, Clare has been busy designing a curriculum for a range of providers, from single-site charity-run nurseries to school-based settings. She believes that young children deserve the very best start in life and that a great curriculum should be as inspiring for educators as it is for the children experiencing it.
Based in North London, Clare balances her professional passion with a lively home life, raising two young daughters (aged three and two) and two mischievous yet lovable poodles
