Mental health and wellbeing are crucial for all of us to both develop and retain our staff. Employers, in particular, have a responsibility to ensure the working environment is positive, supportive and beneficial to the physical and emotional well-being of all those within it. Increasing demands may mean that practitioners become tired, and then find themselves under pressure and this can lead to feeling stressed. This 2-hour course will explore these issues and support individuals in being able to recognise and manage unhealthy levels of stress.
A practical course full of information, strategies and discussion that will help all individuals develop an understanding of their own possible stressors in their work. We will look at how we can all better support our own wellbeing.
